WANTED TO CAMP 111
WIFE'S FRONT YARD
Because Jacob Hefner refuses to keep
away from the house occupied by tha
wife who recently secured a divorce
from him, a warrant was issued
yeatarday for his arrest on a charge of
Mra Hefner declarea that sha cannot

build for hlmaelf a amall shanty In tha
front yard, so that ho would be In close
touch with the home life of hla former
life partner. M
During the paat year or ao Hefner
haa on several occasions been before
the police court on charges ranging
from drunkenness to wlfebeatlng. It
was because of his attitude toward her
and the members of his family that
Mra. Hefner finally applied to the courts
for release from tha bonds of wedlock.
Now that she ia legally free from him
she protests against his attempts to
disregard the order Of the court that
deprived him of the right to establish
himself aa the head of the establish

intention of building a little home for
hlmaelf in her front yard waa the last
straw that broke the back of her pa
tience, and aha accordingly asks the au
thorities to lay upon Hefner's shoulder
