Monroe, Or., March 11 The body of
Mrs. Hattle Curtis, wife of Frank Cur-
tla of Junction City. Oregon, waa laid
to real in Simpson's chapil cemetery
Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Cur
tis on coming to Oregon in the early
'80's, settled near Monroe but later
moved to Junction City. Mrs. Curtis
waa a member of Diamond lodge Degreo
of Honor, of the United Artlnana. of
the Women's Relief Corpa and other
organisations. The runeral services at
the cemetery were conducted by the
Degree of Honor staff from Diamond

of Leslie Methodist episcopal church
of Salem. The deceased leaves her hus
band and the following children: Otla
Curtle. Mrs. Mary Justice and George.

thlas J. Tepper, a machinst aged 68
