The large high pressure area over the
United States has separated Into two
parts, one of which Is central over Wy
oming and the other is central over the
Ohio valley A disturbance Of decided
character has made Its appearance north
or Montana, Dut as yet It has caused
no rain except In extreme northwestern
Washington, where light showers have
fallen. The weather is cloudy and un
settled In the gulf and Atlantic states
and light rain has fallen at scattered
places In that district. It Is much
warmer In the Sound country and also
In the Missouri and unner Mlnsisnlnnl
valleys. It is decidedly cooler in the
Atlantic and Gulf states.
