a waiter, aged 21 years, last night shot
and killed Floyd Bedell, a chemist, em
ployed by the Miles Medical company
and shot and fatally wounded Richard
Parker, a patient. The shootlnsr took
place ln the offices of the medical com
pany at Geary, and Fillmore streets

a dozen wrecks upon her boiler, engine
199 of the O. R. & N. passenger service,
which was wrecked with train No. 6 his
week at Pilot Rock Junction, four miles
west of this (Ky. has been taken to the

accidents on the Mountain division, and
