WEATHER REPORT
The western disturbance has In
creased in ihagnltude, but its center
has remained nearly stationary over
southern Utah. It has caused general
rains In California and. heavy snow InH
UtiUl and northern Arlsona. Light snow
has fallen in connection with this storm
In Nevada and southern Idaho, and lo
cal snows are reported in Montana,
the Dakotas and Minnesota. Moderate
ly heavy rain has fallen in Missouri
and lighter amounts are reported in the
adjoining states. It is colder in Cali
fornia and the rains in that atate have
been followed by cleat weather with
roBis tnis morning as rar south as
joa Angeles. The temoeratures In the
north Pacific states have risen slightly,
and It Is also warmer in the Canadian
northwest, the Mississippi valley, and
the lake region.
The indications are for rain or now
tonight or Friday In eastern Oregon,
eastern Washington, and Idaho, with
generally fair weather in western Ore-
on and western Washington. It will
e colder tonight in southern Idaho.
