Councilman Baker has announced that
he intends presenting a resolution to
the city council favoring council meet

month. This, he believes necessary be
cause of the large Increase of city busi
ness. Whether the resolution Is acted upon
favorably or not there, will always be
those who will say that the extra neet

That the councilmen lose much valuable
time in fcnduiging in oratorical nre-

anyone attending the sessionsS Those
who attend the proceedings believe that
better results would be obtained If the
members were to adopt a new system
of committees.
At the present time nearly all com
mittee reports bearing on Important
subjects are either referred back to tho
same committee or referred to some
other committee. In this way a con
stant wrangling Is kept up on the same
subject that nas proDaoiy Deen thresned

adopt a rule to accept the recommenda

much of the time now lost In debates
would be saved for performing the work
before the members.

THOUSANDS CURED.
Wonderful Success of Hyomei
Curing Catarrh, Even in
Chronic Stages.
Hyomei Is the most unusual remedy
ever known for the cure of catarrh.
It follows nature In her methods of
treating diseases of the respiratory or-
frans, as its healrhg balsams are taken
n with the air you breathe, thus reach
ing the most remote air cells in the
nose, throat and lungs, killing all ca
tarrhal germs that may be present.
Relief comes with almost the first
breath of Hyomei, while lasting and
comolete cure follows Its faithful use.
There Is hardly a town or village In the
wnote country wnere tnars srs not many
who have been cured of catarrh by this
natural treatment, iij fortiana wood
ard, Clarke & Co. can tell you of cus
tomers who -have been cured trt catarrh
by Hyomei, many of them after they
had given up all hope of even relief.
Be wise in time and. use Hyomei at
the first symptoms of catarrh. Do not
allow the disease to extend alone the
delicate mucous membrane, gradually
going from the nose to the throat, thanes
into the bronehial tubes, and then on
ward and downward until the lungs are
reached. Hyomei will cure all curable
forms and stages of catarrh. Woodard.
