members of the Methodist'. Episcopal
church of Lebanon are agitating the,
question of building a new 110,000
church here. A mass meeting was held
at the church to discuss the matter.
As the result of the last revival held
In the church, the first of the year.
there have been about 150 additions -to
this church and the present buHdlng
nas become too small to accommodate
the membership. At the mass meeting
some favored building an , ddiHon to
the present building, remodeling it and
mtting on a new, roof. Others are in
avor of moving the present buildlna
back and maKing or it. a reading-room
and Epworth league rooms and build
ing a new up-to-date building. By a
vote the trustees were requested to
have plans drawn up for a new church
