pale blue satin;'. Mrs. "Ayer in 'pals lav-
nder chiffon; Mrs. Burns, pale' blue
crepe de chine; Mrs.- Beebe, white net;
Mrs. Koehler, pal blue satin with stiver
trimmings. -
The grillroom made a charminf ball
room, decorated with palms, cut flowers
and ferns. Here music was furnished
by Prasp's augmented orchestra.. Softly
shaded lights were arranged among
rows of palms In the.halls and the gaP
lery formed- a. dehrntfui- retreat with
Turkish rugs and divans. There Wil
der orchestra furnished the music.
In the lobby punch was served from a
charming bower of ferns, Oregon grape
and greens, Intermingled with tiny par
ticolored ' Ineandescents. Supper was
served in the main dining room when
there was music by Wsldemar Llnd's
orchestra. The breakfast room was ar
ranged with choice flowers and here ta
bles were stationed for the bridge devo
