months old and that curiosity led his
footsteps toward the downtown district.
Harvey, unmindful of. the anxiety of

leisurely along dodging wagons and
streetcars. ' until he came to the Mar
Quam building. ; Here he paused and
struck up an' acquaintance with an ele
vator boy. He rode un and dawn on tha

ment second only to a merry-go-round.
