called In circuit court at 11 o'clock thla
morning. Both defendants plead4 not
guilty. Court adjourned to 1 o'clock,

The rases agalnat Ben Bonnosher and
Paur Holberg of Canby on the same
charge were called yeeterday afternoon.
Both pleaded guilty and were fined IU5
