An answer to the contest begun to
break the will of George T. Myers Sr.,
by his daughter, Mrs. Georria Frances
Stevens, was filed In the county court
yesterday by the latter s brother,
George T. Myers Jr. He denies the
charne of hit sister t.iat she was cut
off with $20,000 because of an Insane
delusion or bis rather, Mrs. Stevens
having alleged that her father Imagined
that his wife was murdered and that
she had some part In It. The value of
th estate Is estimated from $250,000 to
$$00,000 and tha daughter is righting
for half of it. The contest la set ror
hearing before Judge Webster tomor
row morning.
