and Its Significance." was the aubject

tion. It involves a frank recognition of

Boston Cream Pudding Dissolve one
half box of gelatine in on quart of milk
by letting It soak for one hour, then
put on stove, and when hot stir In tho
yolks of three eggs, well beaten, with
one cup of sugar and one half cup of
milk. Cook as custard, remove from
stove nnd while still hot stir in the
three beaten whites, previously beaten
to n stiff froth, with one tablespoon of
confectioner's sugar and one table
spoon of vanilla or wine. Beat hard
so it nil looks foamy. Be sure and
use the unflavored gelatine, and make
the day before you want to eat It. When
you are ready for it cut by running a
knife through it each way; make It one
inch square and dump carelessly In a
fancy dish. Serve with whipped cream.
