There is great danger in such ph)w ical culture in going too far, and it la one of the worst things that could happen to one. And now, how to cure one's self of these contortions? The answer is a simple one, and yet difficult It Is the cultivation of the will power. Every time the baneful habit shows Itself, t.-.ke out a pocket mirror, look long and earnestly at your face, and then ask yourself whether it really Is pretty! Say to yourself each time, "This Is the last," and even if it la not the last, and It hardly will be, It will bring that time so much nearer. Where once a wry face was your habitual expression, try now to retain perfect repose.
