notice on the Klamath Development
company that thev will reconvcv all
lands deeded to them by trust deed to
appiy on tno railroad bonus, after Oc
tober 13

part of the $1U0,000 bonus raised by

banon, was dragged by an unruly horse
yesterday and seriously injured. He
throw a rope on a wild bunch grass
horxe and the rope became .n tangled
around his arm. ' The horse ran and Mr.
