The four lower floors and basement will rent for sufficient to pay the interest on the bonds of $350,000 re quired for the construction. This Club is affiliated with the Oregon Development League, an organization composed of seventy-three Oregon industrial and commercial bodies. A larger percentage of the 1025 members are in regular attendance upon the daily luncheon than is true of any other similar organization in the United States.
