Home Bonds FACTS ARE Few people outside of financial circles know what a public utility bond is, but were it not for these unit mortgages, street car lines, trans-continental railroads, gas, electric, water and power companies and every public utility now in use would hardly exist. They have also become rutty and rude to the newcomer for advancing a market for its own munici pal and public utility interest-bearing securities. I have no complaint to make, no excuses to offer.
