barometer continues relatively low over
Arisona. and th Minnesota disturbance
decreased In energy and moved to the
lower lake region. A large high I rea
lm re area made its appearance off the
California coast and the barometer waa
relatively high over the gulf atates.
Llsht to moderately heavy ralna fell
in th upper Mississippi valley, th lake
region and at scattered .places in the
Atlantic and gulf states. It Is warmer
in the north Pacific and cooler In th
south Pacific states.
