A small high pressure area Is central
Oyer the Dakotas and the barometer Is
sain relatively high off the mouth
of the Columbia rtver. A shallow dis
turbance Is central over the upper St
Lawrence valley and the barometer Is
relatively low In the Rocky mountain
states. Showers and thunderstorms
have occurred In Utah, Arlsona, New
Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming;, Missouri,
the lake region. Ohio valley, middle At
lantlc and New England states. It Is
much warmer in eastern Oregon, eastern
Washington and Idaho, and correspond
lngly cooler in the lower Missouri and
upper Mississippi valleys.
Indications are for showers and thun
derstorms tonight or tomorrow In east
ern Oregon, eastern Washington and
Idaho, and for generally fair weather
