With 800 passengers on board, the O. K. ft N. company s steamer T. J. pot ter left down the river at 10:30 thl morning on her first trip to Hwaco. It waa a real summer-girl crowd, white outing dresses : and . gaudily trimmed hats looming ud In vivid style on the promenade deck of the palatial excur sion steamer. . Officials of the company say It was the largest crowd ever to leave the city on the first voyage of the season and they say It forebode heavy traffic all summer. The cool weather of th past, two daya dampened - the ardor of a good many who had planned to go this morning or the boat would have been Jammed with humanity sighing for a day by the ocean. Many of those who left thl morning will return Mon day but a large number are off for their annual summer outing. OFF FOR HONGKONG. Begnla Zxlner Doe to Arrive. Breakwater. San Francisco...'
