; CAPITOL HILL is on two car
lines, ths Oregon Electric Railway,
generally known as the Portland
and Salem Inter-Urban Railway,
which, runs through CAPITOL
HILL for nearly the entire dis
tance of the south and east, end of
it, and it Is well to mention here
that the Oregon Electric Railway
will be the best equipped and best
constructed railway of any leading
in or out of the City of Portland,
and more people will ride on this
line than on any other, from .the'
fact that it runs through the richest
and most highly developed part of
Oregon. The scenery along this
line is superb, and for that reason
alone; CAPITOL HILL will be
-.before theeyes of more people
' daily than any. other spot, from its
commanding position, as the cars
: pass through it and from! the busi-
" ness center of the city.;
-TheOregbn L Electric RaHwayl
Co. is rushing construction with all
possible haste, will be in operation V
through CAPITOL HILL in June .
of this year (1907), and for that l .
reason we will sell any of the lots
for $200 now on the start, but after
June 1, 1907, will advance the price
to $300 forme cheapest lot. ;
