SOUTH PORTLAND PEOPLE COMPLAIN OF CAR SERVICE Residents of 8outh Portland are reg istering a vlaprous kick sgalnst the car service maintained oa the South Third street line. Twice this week the oar that leaves Hamilton avenue for the city was derailed at one of the tem porary cross-overs on that line, result ing in a delay of half an hour or more. This morning a work train was off the track on Glbbs street, tlelng up a dosen care for 20 minutes and forcing soorea of people to walk to town or be lata at their work. The trouble seems to be due to the flimsy character of the temporary switches and cross-overs that have been put in along the line where repair work la going on.
