The animals have been so- troublesome

earned yesterday at Seaside by rescuing
Mrs. Mary Tlngry from the ocean. The
woman went beyond her depths and was

sort of disposition th Russians would

cial confirmation of the proas dispatches
stating that th freight consigned to
Japanese ports Is going to be held and
the vessel has been released with the
balance of th cargo has been re
ceived by th local officials of th com
pany, but they presume that th report
