Sheriff Storey presided over the de liberations of . a jury yesterday- in the suit of Albers ' Bros. Milling ' company against A. P. Caylor to recover $182. .When hay was delivered to Caylor at a certain figure agreed on, It Is alleged, he refused to. accept It and asserted that It was not his property but that of his sons. The company sued to recover freight money and attached a few bales of the hay. The function of the sheriff's jury was to decide the question of owner ship. It held Caylor to be the owner. The fire originated In a smoke house in the rear of the market The damage was about $100.
