An alleged violation of a contract for
the building of a bouse at Tremont Place
Is the basis of a suit which,, Y. Gaxlola
has brought against William Randell
for 1200 damages. : Gaxlola asserts that
on August 7. 1903,'he agreed with Ran
dell to purchase a lot at Tremont Place
for $100. and for the, additional sum of
1300 Randell agreed to build a two-room
dwelling for him and' have It completed
within six weeks. Good material waa.to
be 'Used and the dwelling when com
pleted was unfit for occupancy. He says
tie had to pay large sums to provide him
self with a home. "
