Those who have witnessed the rehearsals for this production, under the direction of Prof. Krohn, pronounce It one of the most beautiful productions of the kind ever presented. Beautiful costumes and ar tistic dancers are features of this pro duction. Pour Confetti Blg-hts. To the end that the practice of throw ing confettt may not become obnoxious to carnival goers, but four nights of the carnival have been set aside as con fetti nights. These are-Wednesday and Saturday of each week. Upon these nights confetti fiends will be permitted to scatter confetti to their hearts' con tent. The Kangaroo Court. The kangaroo court to be maintained during each evening of the carnival, from 6 n. m. until the closing hour, promises, to be a source of as much amusement as revenue. A patrol wagon .will be kept on the go and offenders will be brought before -the august presence of his highness, the kangaroo minister of Justice, regardless of creed, color or previous servitude. '' Immediately upon the return of the procession to the carnival grounds the formal opening exercises, including the coronation of the king and queen, will take place. Mayor Williams will turn over the keys of the city, and after the coronation the reign of the king and ween of the caY-nlval will begirtL-A l beautiful throneroom has been built, and the coronation exercises promise to be a most Interesting and gorgeous function.
