Tho judge informed him of the panalty at tending a lefusal to testify, but lluu Ihjii declared that he had given all the tostiuisuy ho intended to give. Sen tence was then declared that ho ho. imprisoned in the county jail six months, and Ihj fined two hundred and fifty dollars, or imprisonment 0110 day for every two dollars of tlo line. Last woek M.
