In the mat Iter of lhefcab;olish ment of certain Precincts, the laying out of certain ;new Precincts, and the change of boundaries of :aSLcertain Precincts. . . 11 to to the Court that irom scarcity of population officers for Elk Creek, Olive Creek, Monumental and Catalow precincts cannot be appoint ed in accordance with law, and that the number of Elec- j tors, in said Precincts will not justify the further mainten ance of the same, as seperate precincts, it is ordered that said Olive Creek, Elk Creek, Monumental and Catalow Precincts each be and the same are hereby declared abolished. Audit further appearing to the Court that by enact ment of the Legislature of the State of Oregon hereto iorc made the main portion of Warner, Reaver and Mal heur Precincts have been cut oil from this county, it is therefore ordered ilmt these precincts each and all are herebj' abolished.
