Church of Canyon City, Nov. 10th 1S80, the following pro ceedings were had: 1st, The reading of a constitution for the Association. 2nd. The signing of those who approved the constitution. 3d. Its unanimous adoption by he signers. 4th. The election of officers. -5th. The officers elected : Mrs. P. Kuhl was unanimously chosen President and Mrs. M. L.
