are situated on the John Daylliver 10
miles above Prairie City and 25 from
Canyon City, Grant County, Oregon.
It is the'finest SUMMER RESOBT
in Eastern Oregon. Plenty of Game
and Fishing near by.

bathing in the above spring than any in
Oregon. A hack always in readiness
for the accommodation of quests.

yon City, Oregon, at 10 o'clock, A. M.
thereof, and show cause, if any, why
such account be not allowed. And that,
if no objections be filed to the allow
ance of said account, the same will be
deemed correct.

:gust ELuhn, ding business in Grant
'County, Oregon, in the firm name and
style of Kuhn & Fisher and engaged
in sheep raising and wool growing, is
this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All persons holding claims against said
firm will please present the same, for
payment, without delay, and all persons
are hereby notified that no further lia
bilities after this date will be incurred
on behalf of said Co-partnership.
