To Our Patrons. When we started the News we sent out the first week 350 copies, 38 pa pers more that any Journal ever had in this county; from that time on the list ha9 rapidly increased until our circulation has reached a point un heard of before in the history of any paper in Oregon as the following will testify : This vjaper is now a trifle over four teen months old, and has a larger circulation than any paper in this State ever had at its age.
