OREGON Eggs Steady and Unchanged, There were no new features in the egg trade today, quotations ranging from 211 to 22 cents but there was some difference of opinion as to the outlook for the remainder of the week. Some traders held that the market wis a shade weaker, while others declared that present prices would hold easily to the end of the week. , As yet there la no accuraula tlon of stock on the street, the surplus daily going into storage here and to the Sound markets. Receipts, accord ing to the Board of Trade, were 540 cases.. ! Halibut Drops To Six Cents. ' More liberal supplies of halibut and a alightly weakening effect on the trade In that fish, and the price wis put down to 6 cents pound today. Chinook salmon, from the Sacramen to river, Is in adequate supply and quoted at 121 cents. , Flour Likely To Oo Up Soon. The prospect is for another lift In flour prices in the near future. At going prices, which are good deil higher than it the first of the year, the market is extremely firm and the trend of wheat values Is still strongly upward In the country generally, Seattle millers have put their flour prices up 20 cents, and In view of this it is iltogether unlikely that this mar ket win noid at present quotations long.
