ments that are being made on his
place on Bear River
Nat Cory, took a lay off from the
Ilwaco Railroad recently to visit his
brothers Chas. and Ernest Cory, of
South Bend. '
t Mr. Henry Fleckenstein, of Long
Beach was in South Bend a few days
ago looking up some property.
Mrs. Clarence Curry, of Chinook
was in the city the first of the week.
We understand Mr. and Mrs. Curry
will, in the near future move to Il
waco, and make it their home for
some time, indefinite. ?
Ben & Ruben Hawkins, of Ilwaco
who left the latter part of last week
for Wrangcl Alaska, returned Mon
day with their sister, they went only
as far as Seattle, when word was re
ccived saying that their presence in
Wrangcl, would be of no use, what
ever in recovering the body of their
brother, as all. that could be done.
