THE MOIINING ASTORIAN, ASTORIA", OREGON.
TUESDAY, AUGUST 25
The Daily Market Report
PORTLAND. Au. 24. -The sal
mon fishing season on the Columbia
ends tomorrow. So far as the actual
catch was concerned, the end of the
season might as well have come a
wek or two earlier, for the product
lor several weeks back has been very
light. From this time on the local
market will have to depend upon the
Sound and other Northern sections
for its salmon supply. There were no
changes in fish prices today.
A report on the potato crop of
California and the market outlook for
Oregon spuds by a local dealer from
San Francisco jobber predicts a
moderately good market there this
fall and winter for Oregon potatoes.

Excellent Health Advice,
Mrs. M. M. Davison, of No. 379
Gifford avenue, San Jose, Cal., says:
The worth of Electric Bitters as a
general family remedy, for headache,
biliousness and torpor of the liver
ind bowels is so pronounced that, I
am prompted to say a word in its
favor, for the benefit of those seeking
relief from such afflictions. There is
more health for the digestive organs
in a bottle ot tlcctnc Hitters than in
any other remedy I know of." Sold
