The American bark Homeward! Bound arrived from Newcastle, Australia, with coal andl went up stream yesterday. The eteam schooner Thos. L. Wand arrived from Sun Francisco yesterday and will load lumber for San Pedro. The .Atlas arrived with a cargo of oil and two barges in tow yesterday, an went up stream in the afternoon. The steamer Telegraph will make her last trip to Portland today, and upon reaching there she will go into winter quarters. She will be placed on the As toria-Portknd run nxt spring. , , The French bark La Pilier will arrive today, bound for Sharpness, England with 118,308 bushels of barley, valued at $83,000, and 18,723 bushels of wheat, valued at $18,000.
