J n a row over a dog at Third ftreet and llrondway this evening, Tonj Schwartz was stablicd iu the back by an unknown i'gr. Schwartz went to the Receiving Hospi tal for treatment, and it rcijuired two stitches to new up the wound in lii-s back. He later went to the police sta tion and asked the police to search for his assailant. Lake, a pioneer resident of this city, 70 years old, was struck and killed last night by an automobile driven by Morris Brooks, n prominent ri'ul estut tnnn of this city.
