OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla, August 27.

The doctor and student were placed
under arrest, but on explanations made
to Captain Moore they were released
from custody.
"That was one of the worst sights I
ever saw" said Harbormaster Speier this
mornine. "I told Captain Moore that 1
did not mind seeking men on this earth,
but I objected to going between heaven
and hell in search of them. One of the
skulls in the vat had the llesh partially
cooked olT, and there was a tuft of bair
on the back of the head. A bullet hole
in the forehead showed that the man
had died as the result of a gunshot
wound. Another of the skulls contained
several gold teeth.
"If these men arc not prosecuted I will
take steps myself to prevent such things
hereafter, if ever anything of the sort

ed with such things. It was a disgrace.

duct such things is in the medical col
