NEW YORK, Juty 22.-The United Garment Workers of America, to which the Brotherhood of Tailor which order ed the present wrles of strikes of coat tailors, belong, has declared the strike unauthorized and supemld the locals of the Brotherhood which ordered them. Ttils action deprives 35,000 tailors now on strike of all support from the United Garment Workers or the American Fed eration of Labor.
