sanitary and fire conditions of the
Astoria theater were commented on.

called the council's attention to the

Oriental truck gardunera who supply
the city and recommended that the city
attorney draw up an ordinance pro
hltiltlng the sale of all garden truck
grown by the Chinese. He objected to
the fertilizer used and thinks It sure
to spread disease germs throughout
