Holtre and a deed having been presented covering sail change same is accepted by the Court and or dered placed on record and so much of the road, as surveyed, as Is effected by said deed be and the same Is here by disclosed and vacated. Dement and Wife, deeding a right of way for road No. 107, (40 feet in width) which deed Is hereby accepted by the Court and Geo., Stevens, surveyor of said road Is in structed to prepare profile, plat and field notes of same.
