GUTHRIE, Okln., Jan. 31. The del
egatcs to the constitutional conven
tion received from the territorial sec
retary the final amount of the official
salaries paid by the federal government
yesterday. At tho Ramo time they
were given checks for return mileage
to their homes. For their further ser
vices In making a constitution tho
delegates must look to the state for
payment. If the constitution should
be rejected nnd statehood full It Is
hardly believed that Congress would
make any deficiency appropriation.
