Work Progressing on Masten Place at St. Helen's. It has been reported here that the logging camp of County Commissioner C. C. Masten at St. Helen's, U expect ed to bo running at full capacity by the end of May. The camp will em ploy a hundred and twenty-five men, use rive donkey engines und three lo comotives, and have a dully maximum output of 160,000 feet of logs. Mr. Masten . owns over two hundred mil lion feet of standing timber at this point and declares he can acquire ful ly hulf as much more close at hand.
