Discharged from Arrest Yesterday afternoon John Gibson, the sailor who was responsible for the difficulty In which Constable Jack Sayre finds himself, was discharged from arrest and given his liberty, upon the pres entation of a motion to that end by Gibson's attorney, Frank Spittle. Gib son was given until the third of Jan uary In which to reply to the civil end of the complaint, filed by Pat Kinney, in the matter of his alleged Indebtedness of $47.50.
