NKW YORK, Dec. 29. A third stock market In New York city may be the outcome of a movement on foot nmong Produce Exchange members, which the Times today says is to come before the board of managers on Monday. Tho project contemplates the organ ization of a new branch of the ex change for dealing in securities. As far as the plans have rmie this branch of the Produce Exchange will differ from the Consolidated exchange in that it will trade In stocks and will diner from the curb market in having an ollldal list of securities to which no stocks will be admitted until after careful Investigation by the proper authorities. There are a large num ber of stocks of well known Industrial corporations, chief nmong them the Standard Oil Company, which nre not listed on the Stock Exchange and which are traded in only on the curb market.
