Clerk directed to write the Seaside Spruce Lumber Company, stating that the 6unty road scraper was re turned in a damaged condition, that same would be repaired and the bill sent them for same. Ordered that all road supervisors be notified that all money in their hands belonging to their district must be paid to the County Clerk at the time of filing their report. Ordered that the Clerk, notify the Superintendent of the A. & C. R. R. C of the needed attention to their) culvert on the Clatsop Road, which has been broken or clogged up,, causing the county road to be overflowed. The application of F. J.
