Knebol, superintendent of the St, Cloud & Fergus Falls division, will succeed Mr. Allen. C. B. Leverlch will take the posi tion made vacant by Mr. Knebel. An extension of the line from Ayr, on the Hope branch, will mean a change In the trunk line between the Const and Minneapolis and St. Paul Work east of Mlnot will mean a short ening of the distance to Minneapolis 60 miles and hills end grade will be largely eliminated.
