Chinook Hatchery NIc Hansen of the Chinook hatchery, was In the city yesterday and reports that the stock of eggs this year far exceeds those supplied last year. Last year, one million fry were turnred out, but it Is expected that this year nearly two million will be turned out The Chinook hatchery is one of the most important in Washington and has the credit of turning out a large supply of young salmon.
