of the Common Council of the City of

improvement of 11th street from the
south line of Franklin Ave. to the north
line of Harrison Ave., aa ordered im
proved by ordinance No. 3201, approved
on the 6th day of July, 1006. The right

to construct a sewer on th south side
of Melbourne avenue from a point 277
feet east of the east line of Kingston
avenu to a point 119 fet west of the
west lin of Kingston avenuo and con
nectlng with the drain at said point
crossing said street; said sewer shall
consisting of 12-inch vitrified sower pip
with all necessary Y's. T's. connnections
and catch baein, and so as to drain all
surface water into the asm and shall
b of sufficient depth to give proper
