declared its determination and inten
tion to Improve Exchange street from
the cast line of Eighth street t the
west linn of Ninth street to the full
width thereof and on the established
(rrado thereof, and Including In edi
tion thereto, the side walk corners on
Eighth street, or the side walks from
8 feet west of the oast line of Eighth
street, to the west line of Ninth street
Said improvement shall be made by
grading said streets to the full width
thereof and on the etbljshed grade
thereof, with a sub grade for the ma
cadam, and by constructing side walks
of concrete or cement 8 feet wide on
each side of said street, with catch
basin at each corner, connecting with
the sewers, and by grading the street
to a sub grade of 12 Inches below the
established grade, with s crown of 12

izing, or filling in the steet with cruh
ed roek to the depth of 9 inches when
thoroughly rolled.
