mon council of the City of Astoria has
declared its determination and Inten
tion to re-establish the grade on Har
rison avenue, from the east line of 9th
street to the west line of 11th street,
at the following elevations above the
base of grades, as established by ordi
nance No. 71 of the City of Astoria, to
wit: At the intersection of Ninth street,
at 149.5 feet on the North side, and
152.5 feet on the south side, at the in
tersection with 10th street; at 131 feet
on the north side, and 134 feet on the
smith sdic, at the. intersection wfcth
Eleventh street at 99 feet on the north
side, and 102 feet on the south side.
That between said points above des
ignated, the grade shall be upon a grad
ual slope.

tion to establish the grade on Grand
avenue from the west line of Fifth
street to the east line of Eleventh
street so that said grade, when so es
tablished will be at the following ele
vation above the base of grades as es
tablished by ordinance No. 71, towit:
At Fifth street, on the north line, at
205.5 feet, and at the south line at 208.5
feet; at Sixth street, on the north line
at 180 feet, and on the south line at
183 feet; at Seventh t. on the north
line, at 157.5 feet, and on the south line
160,5 feet; nt 8th street, on the North
line, at 133.5 feet and on the south line
at 136.5 feet; at Ninth street on the
north line at 112 feet and at 115 feet
on the south line; at 10th street, at
96 feet on the north line and 99 feet on
the south line; at Eleventh street at
72 feet on the north line, and 74 feet on
the south line.
Between said points above designat
ed, running eaut and west, said grade
shall be on a gradual slope, and the
elevations hereinbefore given for the
grade of said street, at said crossings,
shall extend aoross each of said cross
ings.
