The lower house of parliament finished the consideration of its reply to the speech from the throne, which xvns adopted, paragraph by paragraph, substantially as it came from the committee. The house then took a reees until 2 a. m. to , permit the committee to prepare the final draft of the address. The debate ended sensationally with a discussion by M. Stakovatch to insert an appeal to the people to stop political assassina tion. The motion wi- rejected.
